Substitution Policy
Membership in EVEPC Inc. (dba East Valley Estate Planning Council) provides the ability to send an associate to the regular monthly meetings in place of a member, under the member registration, at any time a member cannot attend. Substitutions are made at the members’ discretion, and must be authorized by the member and EVEPC. EVEPC will allow a substitution if requested at least four business days before the meeting. Only one substitute per member, per year. Requests for substitutions can be sent to East Valley Estate Planning Council.
Guest Fee Refund Policy: No Refunds
EVEPC Inc. (dba East Valley Estate Planning Council) uses the number of confirmed registrations for determining the number of attendees and meals needed for each meeting. For this reason, the Council has adopted a no refund policy. The Council will issue no refunds for any guest fees. If a guest makes a reservation and then is unable to attend a meeting, the guest fee will still be due and payable.
