 Program Description:

Most asset protection discussions center on debates over drafting and arguments over jurisdictional choices, this discussion will avoid that.

Instead, Ike Devji will share commonly overlooked risk management issues, discuss common fatal flaws in Asset Protection planning and provide real life examples of exposures, successes and failures by planners. We will also  address the effect that Asset Protection planning and the lack thereof has played on successful Arizona families over the last few years including repeated instances of malpractice by Arizona estate and business planning attorneys.
