Selling, Buying and Resolving Real Estate Disputes, in a Post-COVID World

Beth Jo Zeitzer, Esq.

President/Designated Broker

R.O.I. Properties

The disruptions from COVID-19 are impacting the financial and real estate markets.    In this program, we will take a look at National and Arizona Real Estate Markets, pre and post-COVID-19. We will discuss the market trends that we are currently experiencing with commercial, residential and land assets.  Additionally, we will introduce proactive and practical strategies to acquire and dispose of real estate assets, as well as solutions to resolve jointly owned real estate disputes in contested estates and partition matters.

Huge THANK YOU to this Program's Sponsor!
