Chuck Inderieden will provide helpful tips that will enable you to be well prepared for the three stages of a gift tax audit.

  • The Planning Phase

  • The Audit Phase

Gary Ringel will discuss “Hot Buttons” most commonly contemplated by the IRS when attacking the business appraiser’s value conclusion.

  • Rebuttal prepared by an IRS Engineer
  • Lack of marketability discount

The lively discussion will conclude with war stories describing successful negotiating strategies.
